How We Collect Information
Our Site is structured in order for you to visit it without identifying yourself or revealing any personally identifiable information. We may collect certain personally identifiable information from you when you send us a comment or question, or when you request information about our Site. This personally identifiable information may include your name, e-mail address, and possibly other information. Please do not provide any sensitive information or health information. If you should do so inadvertently, we will use and disclose that information in the same manner as any other information you provide to us. Whether or not to provide such information is completely your own choice; ImmuneSensor collects only the personally identifiable information that you provide to us.
In operating our Site, we may automatically collect information that, alone, cannot be used to identify you (referred to as “non-personal information”). Examples of types of non-personal information that we may collect include web pages viewed, browser type, usage and similar data. We may also aggregate demographic information collected from our users (such as the number of users in a particular geographic location) in a manner which does not identify any one individual. We may use this non-personal information in aggregate form for product and service development, for market analysis, and to understand how to improve the quality of our Site. In doing so, we may provide it to third parties.
ImmuneSensor does not participate in or condone “spamming.” “Spamming” is sending unsolicited e-mails, usually of a commercial nature, in large numbers and repeatedly to individuals with whom the sender has had no previous contact or who have declined to receive such communications.
In contrast, where ImmuneSensor believes that certain product, health, or other information is of importance to you — and you have previously allowed your name and address to be used by ImmuneSensor for such mailings – ImmuneSensor reserves the right to inform you by e-mail. We will always provide you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving such contact. If you would like to read more about how to opt-out, please follow the directions given below in the “Choice” section of this document.
You may always opt-out, or choose not to submit your personally identifiable information. For those who do submit personally identifiable information, the data is available for review, revision or removal at any time. This can be accomplished by contacting us within this site or at the following address:
2110 Research Row, Suite 610
Dallas, Texas 75235

How We Use Information We Collect
We use the information which is automatically received from your web browser to see which pages you visit within our Site. When ImmuneSensor receives personally identifiable information, we may use it for reasonable business purposes, such as contacting you, via e-mail or regular mail, to provide you with information we believe may be of interest to you. If you e-mail us, you are voluntarily releasing information to us. Your e-mail address will be used by ImmuneSensor to respond to you.

In case of a security breach or pursuant to a legal matter that requires cooperation with authorities, your identity and the information you provide may be used for investigation purposes. ImmuneSensor may, at its sole discretion, also remove all the personally identifiable information and use the rest for historical, statistical, or scientific purposes.
